    As Vice President – Corporate Counsel for Erie Management Group, LLC and its affiliated entities, responsibilities include serving the interests of the company Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer by reviewing and handling the day-to-day transactional business.  More specifically, responsibilities include the organization and direction of the company and its related entities’ legal and defense matters; providing legal counsel and guidance to the company executives and various department heads; preparation and review of contracts, leases and other legal documents; and general research of case law, statute and regulations on legal matters affecting the company and its related entities.

    As Chief of Staff for Pennsylvania State Senator Sean Wiley, responsibilities included managing and oversight of all administrative, financial and operational activities of the Erie District and Harrisburg Capital office while serving the interests of the Senator and the constituents of the 49th District. More specifically, responsibilities included the hiring  and supervising of 13 staff members in both the Erie and Harrisburg offices; the management and oversight of the Senator’s various committee appointments including participation at hearings, drafting/reviewing legislation and working with various related stakeholders; organizing and prioritizing all critical issues and required information for the Senator to facilitate efficient decision making; acting as a point of contact and gatekeeper between the Senator and other stakeholders; and working with other senate and congressional offices to address constituent issues and drafting meaningful legislation.

Dahlia has been the firm’s engine almost since its inception in 2006.  Dahlia handles the firm’s day to day matters, as well as the sometimes daily unexpected fires, with humor, grace and unparalleled professionalism.
Dahlia received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University, double majoring in Business Management and Criminal Justice.
She brought her enormous skill set to the firm in 2009 and, since then, the firm has grown stronger every day.  Dahlia has become a fixture with the practice in handling matters large and small and has actually become quite proficient in running the office as well as learning how to negotiate the many demands of a busy, successful, growing law firm.
Dahlia who was a licensed Realtor prior to joining the firm, also oversees the firm’s considerable real estate practice.  In fact, may area real estate practitioners consult with Dahlia on the many unusual real estate matters which seem to come up from time to time seeking her valuable guidance.
Dahlia has become the firm’s formidable frontline in dealing with all aspects of the management of the firm including client communications, document drafting, legal research, court assistance, billing and regular problem solving.

​Dahlia has lived in Erie County for ten years and currently in Edinboro.  She has two children:  Ethan is a sophomore at Slippery Rock University, majoring in Psychology and minoring in professional Spanish; Samuel is a freshman athlete at General McLane, where Dahlia is a proud supporter.
